Dav2z, are you really from St-Casimir? I have been there a few times, it is a really cute little town. I hunted it down a couple of years ago when I saw a house for sale on mls.ca. I would like to ask you a few questions about St-Casimir, like why are the taxes so high for such inexpensive properties, and is the riverfront area truly flood-prone. The first time that I went to St-Casimir in the summertime, the river was so dry that you could walk across it like the parting of the Red Sea. I tried to email you, but apparently I can't email you (turned off?). Please write to me if you can. Je parle francais, mais pas tres bien.
