Some people on this 'pedia are very particular about the darndest things. I have been told that I ought to leave Wikipedia because I formatted a link as

To his defence, this was after I pretty well provoked the poor stylist. But I was frustrated after he deleted (instead of fixed) my improperly-done links. But really, I regret provoking him.

If you can know how an editor is going to react, (and you probably can) don't bother leaving them any of kind of stupid message expressing frustration, angry or not. Just do your own thing- if they really are persistent, you're gonna have to comply with whatever lame pet peeve they have, but don't bother interacting with them anymore than you have to. This is the Internet, people. Disagreements will turn into total stupid fights 9 times out of 10, just on account of not being able to look the other fellow in the eye and see where they're coming from.
