Davhenry (1980-?) born in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, moved to Vermilion, Ohio, B.A., Baldwin-Wallace College; M.P.A. Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs; intern, U.S. Senator George Voinovich, 2002, congressional aide, U.S. Representative Mike Sodrel, 2006.
