Talk:David W. Richards
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I absolutely respect the Wikipedia guidelines, however I contest that this page was designed to primarily attack the gentleman in question.
The story provides:
1) completely factual, referenced material with no writing 'tone' or adjectives 2) it is balanced, including Richards' response to his allegations. 3) It is a stub for other information on his history and background to be added -- which I am currently compiling and will add to the story shortly.
- I've declined the speedy as it the article does attempt to assert notability by providing non-trivial, independent sources. I do recommend that the article be cleaned up, expanded, and brought up to fluff though. An editor may still leave a prod on the article, meaning that the article will be deleted after seven days if the prod remains and an administrator agrees with the prod's rationale. If you disagree, remove the prod at will. Another possibility is that your article may be brought to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where a community-based discussion will determine the merits of the article and whether it meets our notability criteria. In any case, best of luck with the article. Cheers, Sephiroth BCR (Converse) 07:21, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
