Is his origin really Jewish? I think it's a joke. In my opinion, there are certainly no people Jewish people, let's say, under 60 years (I mean: no people who's parents were apparently Jewish. Of course, except of those over 60 or 70.). Maybe some of his grandparents were children of apparent Jews, but I think it is irrelevant to consider his ancestry as a Jewish one.
