I am curious as to how Wikipedia found out information about David Cooke. I have been looking all over the itternet and I have only found vague references to him.

Funny you should ask. I've had doubts about the "immigration judge" claim since it was first posted, and I've tried without success to find clarification of the point.

Hi CJCurrie, it appears you were correct about David coming from Oshawa I was wrong. He was born in Oshawa, but moved to Kingston when he was quite young. I know that he lived in Kingston for most of his child and I thought thats where he was born.
