Don't think he belongs in the "Canadian authors" category. Morrell's father was a US soldier stationed in Canada, and he was raised in Iowa.Bjones

Sorry Bjones but David Morrell was born in Canada and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada which would make him a Canadian author. Read his book, Lessons from a Lifetime of Writing: A Novelist Looks at His Craft - fascinating stuff! :)

But he went to the States pretty young and has stayed there. What is his nationality?
