Don't think he belongs in the "Canadian authors" category. Morrell's father was a US soldier stationed in Canada, and he was raised in Iowa.Bjones

Sorry Bjones but David Morrell was born in Canada and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada which would make him a Canadian author. Read his book, Lessons from a Lifetime of Writing: A Novelist Looks at His Craft - fascinating stuff! :)

But he went to the States pretty young and has stayed there. What is his nationality?

For some reason his novel The Protector linked to an unrelated 2005 film of the same name. I've fixed it. Pearce.duncan 02:33, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
