As an author of several books and articles in the area of intellectual property, ontology and law, this article links to a number of other articles. Moreover, the author is referenced in more than one other WikiPedia article. The Ontology of Cyberspace has been referenced in a number of reviews and books, and is a respected work in social ontology.
Further, re: notability. The only other major thesis regarding the ontological status of cyberspatial entities is that of Michael Heim, and The Ontology of Cyberspace is essentially a counter-argument. Moreover, it is used as a text for numerous courses, and cited by other academics in support of open-source, and in opposition to strict intellectual property regimes.
