[edit] Filing compalint
can someone discuss here the complaint he has filed since he was fired while fighting 'the war on terror' and you can't fire someone while they perform that service?
[edit] Pretty Scant
When was he appointed as US Attorney and by whom was he appointed.
Certainly this is a minimum of information that should be included. Origen 15:20, 6 April 2007 (UTC)
- He was appointed in August 2001 by President George W. Bush[1]. I have added that to the introduction.Terjen 18:43, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Context of Past US Attorney Dismissals?
http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/la-na-talking23mar23,0,3342736,full.story
Apparently the dismissing/changeover of US Attorneys occurrs routinely according to the above cited article. In the first two years Reagan replaced 89 US Attorneys, Clinton replaced 89 US Attorneys, and G. W. Bush replaced 88 US Attorneys.
Without providing proper historical context, history simply becomes a propaganda tool. Certainly this is inappropriate for any encyclopedia. Origen 15:08, 6 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Rank?
The article describes him as a captain several times, then at the end states he is a commander. Which is it? --Saforrest 22:29, 14 May 2007 (UTC)
