I've never edited a page before, but these latest allegations by his ex-wife must be included. If someone more familiar with Wikipedia wants to rewrite the second paragraph, by all means do.

Removed from rapist category. This category is not correct for Hager. He has not been convicted of rape. And there is not undisputed academic evidence he committed rape.--FloNight 12:46, 1 December 2005 (UTC)

Please don't abuse your authority. Also, the lines "Many educated Republicans were astonished that a Bush appointee who is also a gynecologist would be confused with the anatomy of a woman. They also weren't quite sure what was more repulsive: the personal indiscretions of this man or just the fact that a sitting president of the United States would have the kind of judgement that would lead to such an appointment." should be removed as they are certainly not NPOV and are unsourced. - 24.23.37.62 (talk) 15:49, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

Bill Maher told some jokes about David Hager at Comic Relief 2006. Perhaps someone could add this to the article?

I removed the contact information as it is not encyclopedic. We are not a directory and do not provide this type of detail in a general encyclopedia for various reasons. Also modified the content about his postion on the board at Asbury College. The rest needs reliable sources and to be written in an more encyclopedic way in order to be included.
