The only entry was

*David Cohen - Philadelphia City Council

which provides no information beyond the implicit verification that he was once an at-large councilman and is no longer. I'll make the lk a ref (the first!) in the appropriate secn.
The heading is still there as a comment in David Cohen#See also; edit that secn to revive it when need arises.

good job. I was at the AFD for this one along with 3 others (later seperated), which was pretty ugly. The article really does need work (which made it hard to defend) and I don't know enough about him or PA to help. Glad to see someone trimming the fat. Pharmboy (talk) 20:52, 30 December 2007 (UTC)
