Does anyone know what it would take to take this from "stub" to real page?

Is there any reason that A Man of His Word is repeated in the list of works? I'm only familiar with the Great Game books, so is AMOHW a broad series of books with a smaller cycle within of the same name? Also, there's mixed use of bullets and ordinals. What's the logic?
