I (Mark) believe this image is fair use under United States law on the article Sunrise (television) because:

• it is a low-resolution screenshot;
• it is used here in an educational context to document the visual history of the television program;
• it is not readily replaceable because the set pictured in this image no longer exists; and
• it does not hinder the Seven Network's ability to profit from the Sunrise franchise in any way.
