David Woolf Marks (b. November 22, 1811, d. unknown) was an English minister of Reform Judaism. He served as professor of belles-lettres at Wigan College, Liverpool, first minister of the West London Synagogue of British Jews, and chair of Hebrew at University College London. He is notable for devising the order of service used by the Reform synagogues of the time.
