David Westley was a rugby league front-rower who played for the Canberra Raiders, Parramatta Eels and the Northern Eagles between 1993 and 2002. His junior club was the Cairns Kangaroos. He has since returned to Cairns to coach the senior side. He is a former Papua New Guinea international. Was Canberra's Rookie of the Year in 1993 and was a part of the Grand Final winning side in 1994.
