David Tyrrell (born 9 October 1988 in Brisbane, Queensland) is an Australian rugby league player who currently plays for Easts Tigers in the Queensland Cup. He plays on the wing and scored two tries in their first match of 2007, which was a victory over the Wynnum-Manly Seagulls. David is eligible to represent Greece as he is of Greek heritage.
In 2006, was selected for the Queensland Under 19s side, secured a contract with the South Sydney Rabbitohs and won the Carbine Club "Colt of the Year" at the Queensland Rugby League South East Division Awards.[1]
