Dr David Tomkin is an author and academic based at Dublin City University: He is a qualified solicitor and lectures in law and is a graduate of Oxford university. Tomkin also chairs the privately owned property firm the Tomkin Group which bid in 2008 for a multi-million Euro property portfolio in Germany.
