David Thomas Kennedy (born 7 April 1934 in Baltimore, Maryland) was Mayor of the City of Miami (25 November 1970 - 11 April 1973 and August 1973- November 1973).
Kennedy received his BA and MA from Florida State University and graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1958. He was elected to the City of Miami Commission in 1961.
He was married to former City of Miami Commisioner Rosario Kennedy (born 1946) from 1978-1987. He was later married to ballerina, Miriam M. Suarez (born 6 August 1958) from 1989-1990.
