From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

David Scott was an American politician who was elected in 1816 as a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives to represent Pennsylvania's 10th congressional district.

There is little to no historical data regarding David Scott, including the years of his birth and death. It is only known that, for unspecified reasons, he resigned from the Fifteenth Congress before it assembled.
