David Rudisha

David Lekuta Rudisha (born December 17, 1988) is a runner from Kenya, who specialises in 800 metres. He is an African Champion and World Junior Champion. In addition, he won the 800 metres race at Memorial Van Damme Golden League meeting in 2007.
Rudisha is from Kilgoris. His father Daniel Rudisha is a former runner who won silver at the 1968 Olympics being part of the Kenyan 4 x 400 relay team.
