David Rudenstine

David Rudenstine is the Dean of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law as well as the school's Sheldon H. Solow Professor of Law. He teaches United States constitutional law.
Dean Rudenstine has been teaching at Cardozo since 1979 and is the author of The Day the Presses Stopped: A History of the Pentagon Papers Case. He was named Dean of the School of Law in 2001.
Dean Rudenstine will be stepping down as dean when his contract expires in June 2009.
