David North (Socialist)

David North is an American socialist (Trotskyist). He has been the leader (national secretary) of the American Workers League (renamed to Socialist Equality Party), the United States section of the International Committee of the Fourth International. He is also the chairman of the International Editorial Board of the World Socialist Web Site organization.[1] He is also an author of books and articles on the history of the Socialist movement. He also delivers lectures in politics[2] and the history of Marxism. [3]
