David Nail (born in Kennett, Missouri, is an American country music artist. Since 2007, he has been signed to MCA Nashville; prior to that, he was on Mercury Nashville, which is owned by the same parent company. To date, Nail has charted two singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts. David graduated from Kennett High School, the same alma mater as singers Sheryl Crow and Trent Tomlinson. He has sung a duet on country artist Meredith Edwards' CD. He has opened for Kenny Chesney and the band Sugarland. He sites his musical influences as Elton John, Lionel Richie, his father, and The Beatles.
