David Moravec (born March 24, 1973, in Opava, Czechoslovakia, now Czech Republic) is a professional ice hockey left wing. He was drafted in the eighth round, 218th overall, by the Buffalo Sabres in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft. He played one game in the National Hockey League with the Sabres in the 1999–2000 season, going scoreless. He currently plays for HPK of Finland's Sm-liiga.
Moravec was a member of the Czech team which won the gold medal at the 1998 Winter Olympics.
