David Markham (April 3, 1913 - December 15, 1983) was a respected English stage and film actor for over forty years.
He was born Peter Basil Harrison in Wick, Worcestershire, England and died in Coleman's Hatch, Sussex, England, aged 70.
He was married to Olive Dehn, a BBC Radio scriptwriter. They had four children together. Their daughters are Kika (born 1942, actress, married to the actor Corin Redgrave), Petra (born 1947, actress) and Jehane, married to actor Roger Lloyd-Pack of Only Fools and Horses and Vicar of Dibley fame.
David Markham appeared occasionally in cinema and television. He appeared in François Truffaut's film Day for Night (1973).
