David Madel

David Madel (born 6 August 1936) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He was Conservative Party member of Parliament for South West Bedfordshire from 1970 until he stood down at the 2001 election.
He almost suffered one of the greatest shocks of the 1997 election, when his majority was spectacularly cut from 21,273 to just 132 votes.
