David Lonsdale (born May 21, 1963) is an English actor. He plays David Stockwell in the television series Heartbeat. He was born in Southport, Lancashire, England, where he continues to reside. He also played Peter Barlow in Coronation Street in 1986 and appeared in a minor role as a repo man in the feature film The Full Monty.
