David Juliano (born December 29, 1967) is a paranormal researcher based in the New Jersey, Philadelphia and Delaware area. He is the founder of The Shadowlands: Ghosts and Hauntings website started in 1994, which was the first on the internet dealing with people who were having problems with ghosts. He is also the Director of South Jersey Ghost Research which was founded in 1955.

Juliano has been researching ghosts and hauntings for twenty years. He has investigated hundreds of haunted locations and consulted on thousands of cases all over the world.

He grew up in an extremely active haunted home in New Jersey in which he experienced human spirits and was the focus of demonic entities for 26 years. His personal experiences including seeing apparitions, seeing objects move and levitate, hearing voices and banging amongst a long list of things. Juliano uses his personal experiences to assist others going through similar types of hauntings.

Juliano is the author of "Positive Energy for Haunted Homes", "Ghost Research 101: Investigating Haunted Homes" and "Armor of God".

Juliano has made appearances on MSNBC Investigates, the History Channel and has been interviewed on numerous TV and radio shows worldwide.
