David Jones (musician)

David Jones (born 2nd August 1980 in Leeds) is the lead guitarist for the English alternative grunge band Nine Black Alps [1] .

David attended the University of Salford where he was studying for a HND in Music Technology before being signed with Nine Black Alps. David was a founder member of Nine Black Alps along with Sam Forrest.

David also plays bass guitar for Nine Black Alps on the “Ironside” and “Shot Down” songs from the Everything Is album[2].

David has started to produce B sides for Nine Black Alps, producing the vinyl only B sides to the “Burn Faster” single named “Heartstring” and “Strangest Feeling”[3].
