David J. Carter

David J. Carter is a politician and author from Alberta, Canada. Carter served in the Legislative Assembly of Alberta from 1979 to 1993. He became Speaker of the Assembly in 1986 and served until 1993.
He has published nine books with topics ranging from poetry, western Canadian history and World War II.
