David Hickernell

David Hickernell is the current Pennsylvania State Representative in the 98th District which covers parts of Dauphin and Lancaster counties.[1] Hickernell has been a State Representative since 2003.

Smith is a native of Marietta, Pennsylvania.[2] Hickernell graduated from Donegal High School in 1977.[2] Hickernell graduated from Elizabethtown College in 1983.
