David González Giraldo

David González Giraldo (born 20 July 1982 in Medellín-Colombia)is a Colombian football goalkeeper. He was transferred from Deportivo Cali to Çaykur Rizespor during the summer transfer window in 2007. He started his career in Independiente Medellín and was the youngest goalkeeper in being champion in Colombian national tournament history (in 2002, when he was 20 years old) until David Ospina, from Atlético Nacional won a championship at age 18 in 2007 first semester.

He has been capped by the Colombia national football team in friendlies against Switzerland and Paraguay in which Colombia won both matches.
