David Cuéllar Tainta (born November 1, 1979 in Pamplona, Navarre) is a Spanish footballer currently with Athletic Bilbao. He usually operates in a rightwing role.
Cuéllar came through the youth ranks of Athletic Bilbao, but managed only to play 14 games without scoring a single goal from 2000-02, eventually leaving the club. After two seasons at Elche and two at Gimnastic de Tarragona in the Segunda División, he made a comeback in La Liga with the Catalan side in 2006-07 season, before earning himself a move back to Athletic for the 2007-08 season.
