David Azzi (born January 25, 1981 in Lebanon) was formerly a slotback with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. He was released by the Riders on August 27, 2007. He previously played for the Toronto Argonauts and Ottawa Renegades. He played one year of NCAA football with Bowling Green State University, before transferring to the CIS and University of Ottawa.
