David Andrew Campbell is an Australian politician, elected as a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly.
Campbell was born in Bulli.[1] He was an alderman on the Council of the City of Wollongong from 1987 to 1999 and Lord Mayor from September 1991 to 1999. He was appointed a Fellow of the University of Wollongong in 1995.
Campbell has represented Keira since 1999 for the Australian Labor Party. He has been the Minister for Regional Development, Minister for the Illawarra, and Minister for Small Business since April 2003. He has also been Minister for Water Utilities since February 2006. He is also Police Minister.[2]
