Dave Walsh (born June 23rd, 1984) grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Walsh has been a professional Halo 2 gamer since March 2004 under the pseudonym Walshy.He has been the team captain of the Major League Gaming four-on-four team Final Boss[4] since the 2006 season. In June, 2006, he signed a contract with Major League Gaming worth 250,000 dollars over three years. Walsh has been featured in Electronic Gaming Monthly,[5] BPM, WZZM news station, Lansing State Journal, Game Informer Monthly, MTV, and The Grand Rapids Press. Walsh is the second runner-up in MLG one-on-one championship and has also been shown on all of MLG's shows on USA Network in 2006.[6]

Walsh very famous for his controlling style of combat that he likes to call "Claw". A method of holding the controller that he invented in order to keep your thumb on the joint stick and in which use his index finger instead to press the four buttons.

He has many Halo 2 montages out that have been very positive towards his reputation.

Walsh also has a clothing company called Kiaeneto and has used his popularity in the Halo world to start on the right foot.
