From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Dave Tilson was an Irish soccer player during the 1990s.

David Tilson was a winger or forward who represented UCD, Bohemian F.C. and Shelbourne during his career in the League of Ireland. He was one of the most popular figures at Dalymount Park after signing for the club in 1989 and is still remembered fondly. He scored the only goal during the 1992 FAI Cup Final as Bohemians beat Cork City. "Tillo" was Bohemian's joint top league goalscorer along with Pat Fenlon in that season with 10 strikes from 31 appearances[1].
