Dave Odlum is an Irish musician and producer. Original member of Irish band Kíla, a band which was founded during his schooldays at Coláiste Eoin, then he left Kíla and joined rock group The Frames with whom he played guitar 1990-2002 after this he played briefly with Irish singer - songwriter Gemma Hayes (along with his brother, Karl Odlum); since leaving the band, he has pursued a career as a music producer, working largely at Black Box Studios near Angers in France.
Musicians for whom he has produced albums include The Frames, with whom he worked on the album Burn the Maps after he had left the band; dEUS; Gemma Hayes; Nina Hynes and Josh Ritter.
