Dave O'Neil

Dave O'Neil is a popular Melbourne-based stand-up comedian, actor and radio personality. He resides in Seddon a funky west Melbourne suburb. He is currently a host on Dicko, Dave and Chrissy on Vega 91.5 FM. He was a member of the Vega 91.5 FM breakfast radio show; Dave and Denise with Shaun Micallef. He was previously with Vega's sister station, Nova 100, on the top-rating Hughsey, Kate and Dave breakfast show.

Dave was a Cub, Scout, Venturer and Rover. His father Kevin is still the Group Leader at the 1st/3rd Mitcham Scout Group.

At the Australian federal election, 2007, Dave O'Neil stood as an independent candidate for the federal seat of Gellibrand in Melbourne's industrial and portside inner western suburbs including Williamstown, Spotswood, Footscray, Braybrook, Altona and parts of Altona Meadows and Laverton.[1]
