Dave Nelson (skateboarder)

Dave Nelson was born October 2, 1978 in Omaha, Nebraska. He is a professional skateboarder for Untitled Skateboards, Alycium Clothing, Ninja Bearings, Nixon Watches, éS Footwear, King of Kings Skateboard Ministry, Ollie Pop Bubble Gum, and BBB Skateshop.

Nelson turned pro for Manna Skateboards in 2002. In 2003, he started Untitled Skateboards with Jud Heald, Tim Byrne, Jared Lee and Sierra Fellers.

Dave toured for 7 years, then recently settled down in his hometown to focus on art and design. Through touring, he has met and now works with legendary skateboarders Christian Hosoi, Jay Haizlip and Richard Mulder, as well as actor Stephen Baldwin. Other notable clients in Omaha include Heisman Trophy winner Eric Crouch, the band The Faint and Broken Spindles.

Dave is currently growing out his hair. The longest strand, which he has named "Stella the Longest Haira", is currently about 10"-11" in length with a .002" diameter. He usually has a beard but has been known to shave it if he trims it poorly.
