Dave Lawson

Dave Lawson is an Australian comedian and TV and Radio personality. Born on September 25, 1978, Lawson grew up in the Bayside area of Melbourne and completed his secondary education at Haileybury College. He is currently participating in a talk back radio segment on the Nova 100.3 Australian commercial radio station.

Dave is best known for his long involvement in the Nickelodeon Australia network, owned by XYZnetworks.
He has been in the following Nickelodeon Australia Shows:
He also co-hosted with James Kerley (fellow Sarvo host) and Sophie Monk for the 2006 Nickelodeon Australian Kids' Choice Awards.
Dave announced his intention to leave Nickelodeon Australia on February 16th 2007, although several remarks by Kerley hinted that Lawson may return at a later stage.
The duo have since went on to other television projects, most notably on Channel V.

Dave Lawson will return to television work in April 2008 for a new show on the Australian music network Channel V. He will be co-hosting The Dave and Kerley Show with former Sarvo co-host James Kerley at 10am, Sunday mornings.

He appeared in the Toyota Memorable Moments series depicting great moments in the history of Australian rules football (featuring James Hird, Wayne Harmes, Alex Jesaulenko, Dermott Brereton, Malcolm Blight, Peter Daicos, Tony Lockett, Francis Bourke with fellow comedian Stephen Curry. Curry plays the straight man, while an over-enthusiastic Lawson annoys and is usually hurt by the players as they recreate the scenes.
