David Alexander Gray (born January 7, 1943 in Ogden, Utah) is a former pitcher in Major League Baseball who played briefly for the Boston Red Sox during the 1964 season. Listed at 6' 1", 190 lb., he batted and threw right-handed.
Gray was signed by the Red Sox out of the Weber State University. In nine appearances, he posted a 9.00 ERA with 17 strikeouts in 13.0 innings of work, including one start and six games finished. He did not have a decision.
