Dave Ewing

Dave Ewing (10 May 1929 - 1999) was a Scottish[1] footballer who played in the centre half position. He played for Manchester City between 1952 and 1961 making 279 appearances and scoring 1 goal. He played in both the 1955 and 1956 FA Cup finals, the latter of which his team were successful in.

In the 1960s, he owned a small hardware shop in Reddish, Stockport.
