Dave Clayton is a British keyboard player and record producer. He has recorded or played with, among others, Simply Red, ABC, Depeche Mode and Paul McCartney. He also has production credits with Kraftwerk and Human League.
Clayton joined Simply Red for their Home album. He was a band member of ABC for three years and has also toured with George Michael, Marc Almond and Jason Donovan, to name a few.
He has recorded with the likes of U2, Bob Marley, Sinéad O'Connor, Depeche Mode, Paul McCartney, George Michael, Elton John, The Beloved and Robbie Williams.
As a producer, he has worked with Take That, The Human League, Kraftwerk, Les McKeown and Lenny Henry. He also has writing credits for Sinéad O'Connor, Bomb the Bass, Michael Hutchence and ABC. Dave's personal project is The Pressure Zone.
