I looked up Daur in the Wikipedia and found only the "Ethnic Group" entry.

I have come across the word "Daur" while doing genealogy research where the term is used as a reference to "Relation" as in a relationship of one person to another. It is from a record in England from the 19th Century. Would anyone know of the use of this word?

I will probably forget to check back here, so if you could forward any info to dnorchi@mdi.net, it would be appreciated.

Thanks in Advance,

Dick Norchi

ok, first, the article needs to tell what language the daur speak.

then, a bunch more needs to be told about them.
