[edit] Rationale

The image of this notable sculptural composition is used in the article about the sculptor, its author, and is important to the article's content. The image is of sufficiently low resolution and does not undermine the author's right to profit from his work.

The original composition is located at the private residence of his Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales, in his private garden at Highgrove. Therefore, taking a free image of it is impossible. A cast acrylic of Daughters of Odessa is on view at The Hermitage in St. Petersburg, Russia, the museum where photography is prohibited.

It is therefore asserted that using this image in the article about its author in Wikipedia for educational purposes to illustrate the article in question falls within the Wikipedia fair use policy.
