Daughters is Daughters' debut EP released on City of Hell in 2002. It was released as a 7" vinyl and is now out of print. Many grindcore and hyphenated metal listeners regard it as the best Daughters album due to its short length of 4:16 and frequent breakdowns. It also had a Tour Release.

The sound displayed on this record is much more reminiscent of "grindcore" than would be "Hell Songs," Daughters' third release. Positive and negative feedback has come from this, and comparisons to Daughters' earlier work has largely shifted focus among the grindcore underground back to this EP. Indie listeners, however, have generally seen the newer work favorably.
