"Daughter" is a rare The Smashing Pumpkins flexidisc single written by Billy Corgan and D'arcy Wretzky that was issued only to Reflex Magazine subscribers.[1][2][3].
It was the only song released on the single, and had no b-side. The song is an extended version of a track from the 1989 Moon demos which the Smashing Pumpkins sold at their early shows in Chicago. The song has never been widely released, and this magazine subscription only single was pressed in very limited quantities, and was not included in their Rarities and B-Sides digital collection. Since flexidiscs are notoriously unreliable and its limited distribution, this is among the rarest Smashing Pumpkins releases.
The song is incorrectly credited solely to Billy Corgan on the flexidisc, however the Moon tape's liner notes state that it was actually written by both Corgan and D'arcy Wretzky.
