Thank you for your recent comments and vote at my Request for Adminship. It was not successful. I don't believe this is unfortunate as it leaves me with much to ponder and a fresh slate from which I can better myself as an editor in order to be more compliant with the policies that are expected by Wikipedia.
If you feel that there is anything that was not covered by the RfA that I need improvement in, I would implore your input and feedback as I hope and intend to improve as best I'm guided.
All the best in your own endeavours in the real world, and also when you're not on Wikipedia. lincalinca 14:23, 2 November 2007 (UTC)

You signature
At your RfA I initially opposed and later changed to support over concerns about your sig, which you kindly fixed for me. I see now that you reverted it back. I had mistakenly assumed that the change was permanent, not just until you got your bit. Great work. —Moondyne 00:47, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
- Hm? The sig I have now is very different to the one I had in that RfA. I really don't see any problem with the current one... --DarkFalls talk 05:43, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
-
Very different? I think most people would disagree with you over that, although it is an improvement even if only slight. I don't wish to make a big issue out of this as it is a triviality, and any more I say on the matter will only make less so. Lets leave it here. —Moondyne 06:14, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
- The current sig is in no breach of the sig policy. leave it. -- Anonymous DissidentTalk 06:52, 5 November 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for voicing your opinions in my recent RFA which unfortunately did not pass at (47/23/5). I will be sure to take the advice the community has given me and wait till someone nominates me next time as well as improve my editing skills. Have a great day(or night)! --Hdt83 Chat 05:51, 5 November 2007 (UTC)

Remember, remember, the fifth of November?
Thank you to everyone who participated in my Request for adminship, which was successful at 50/5/0 on November 5th, 2007.
It became, as you may know, rather contentious toward the end (though fortunately no gunpowder was involved), and I appreciate the work of other Wikipedians to keep it focused. --Thespian 02:36, 6 November 2007 (UTC) |

Hey! I noticed you contributed on some points to the article. Thanks for that! :-) Oh, and by the way, are good at copy-editing? If so, could you copy edit Hybrid Theory so that it can be finalized for FAC? It's really the last thing the article actually needs done. Please reply on my talk page (click "85" as a shortcut). Matt Corby
Can you please unprotect the page on Matt Corby? He is in the Grand Final of Australian Idol and i believe this substantiates there being a separate article on him and Natalie Gauci. User:Someone111111 User talk:Someone111111 08:52, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
- Unprotected for creation. Before you do create however, find verifiable third party sources, that are reliable, demonstrating his notability.--DarkFalls talk 06:53, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

Hi. I'm a new admin, and I was wondering if it is okay for me to make a few small edits to List of professional wrestling slang. I'm asking you, since you are the protecting admin. A user mentioned on the talk page that a few of the links are dead-end, so I'd like to fix those. Also, I have found two sources I would like to add to the article: one has a definition for stiff and one has a definition for valet. I don't want to alter the content, just add the sources and delete the internal dead links. I just wanted to make sure that was okay with you before I did it and that it isn't against policy. Thanks. Nikki311 06:09, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
- Unprotected. Feel free to make the edits. --DarkFalls talk 07:55, 22 November 2007 (UTC)

Official thanks, slightly delayed due to post-RfA crash (who knew?)
...for helping me navigate the waters of my surprisingly peaceful RFA, which closed successfully with 85 supports, 1 oppose, and 0 neutral.
I would particularly like to thank Acalamari and Alison, my nominators, and everyone who watched the page and ran the tally.
If there is anything I can do to be of service in the future, please feel free to contact me.
If you hate RfA thankspam, please forgive me. I promise I won't block you in retaliation for deleting it ;-)
And forgive me if I need a Wikibreak now and then (like now. I'm exhausted!). You wouldn’t want to see me climbing the Reichstag, now would you?
Off to flail around with my new mop! (what?!)

Persistent vandal
Hello, DarkFalls. A vandal, as seen in this link, keeps vandalizing the Janice Dickinson article. Doesn't seem likely to stop. Even threatened to have me blocked. Your help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Flyer22 (talk) 20:41, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
