[edit] Prologue

Padawan Learner At the age of three, Tyl Durron was noticed by the Jedi Academy on Yavin IV. Soon enough, a Jedi came to collect him from his homeworld, Nar Shadaa.

Upon arriving at the Yavin Academy, Tyl was quickly made a Padawan Learner under the tutelage of Jedi Master Solo, a direct descendant of Jacen Solo.

Tyl quickly advanced through the basic training, doing what most couldn't do until the age of fifteen.

One of his early trials, lead Tyl to the Dantooine system in search of the Crystal Caves. Tyl easily completed the trial, and even found a rare purple lightsaber crystal.

First Lightsaber Master Solo was very impressed with his young Padawan learner, and gave him the go-ahead to construct his own lightsaber.

Tyl jumped at the challenge, quickly mastering the skills required to build such a complex weapon. Not only did he build the saber, it was unique.

Upon the creation of his lightsaber, Tyl underwent strict lightsaber combat training, quicly mastering Makashi. Tyl, at the age of ten, was un-matched in lightsaber combat.

It was his fifteenth year as a Jedi that Tyl was knighted by the Council. It happened after he rescued a troop of Bothan spies on a

secret Republic Reconaissance mission, following the rescue, Tyl was forced to fend off attacking Mandalorian Troops who were desperately trying to return their stolen information. It was in this battle, that Tyl learnt of an old Mandalorian camp at the Onderon moon, Dxun.

Merely moments after knight-hood, the order split in two....

[edit] Conflict across the stars

Jedi Turn on each other

976 standard years after the Battle of Yavin, a Jedi Civil War ripped the Galaxy in two. Many civilians throughout the Galaxy fell victim to the war. Eventually, the Galactic Senate formed up it's own army of New Republic Soldiers to defend the civilian population from the Rogue Jedi Knights. Space warfare had never been so rife. Both sides were determined to pull through, and destroy each other.

War raged on.

Thousands of Jedi Knights fought other Jedi Knights, once friends were turned into mortal enemies. Neither side seemed to have an upper hand in the many conflicts throughout the Galaxy.

[edit] Jedi vs. Jedi

After four years of battle, new leaderships were undertaken. The Jedi Knights were lead by a woman named Aura Sein. The Rogue Jedi were lead by a man named Tyl Durron.

Although separated from the Republic and the Jedi Order, the Rogue Jedi Knights were not pawns of the Dark Side of the Force, they merely had different agendas than that of the Jedi Order.

Over five hundred systems were involved in the war, faster and faster the Rouge Jedi gathered systems to their own, idealistic cause. The main planets involved were, Coruscant, Yavin IV (The home of the Jedi Knights), Manaan, Tatooine, Geonosis, Kamino, Felucia, Boz Pity and Onderon.

[edit] War on Onderon

The fifth year of conflict was the most painful. The Mandalorians, lead by a man named Cassus, declared War against the Jedi and the Republic. The Mandalorians made a deal with Tyl Durron, that they would provide their help, if they gave the Mandalorians power.

An ancient Mandalorian base camp was re-established under the leadership of Cassus, and a call was sent out for all Mandalorian Warriors to venture to Dxun, the moon of Onderon.

The Republic managed to intercept the call, and sent out a fleet to Onderon, which secured the city of Iziz. Iziz became a stronghold for the Republic forces, and the Mandalorians were desperately trying to retain the city.

Half way through the year, all of the remaining Mandalorians had arrived at Dxun, and were prepared to fight against the Republic. Cassus sent out a message to Tyl, who arrived a week later. The time for conflict was now.

The Mandalorian strike-force assembled enough fire-power for a full scale invasion. Tyl was happy to help, and so it was.

The Mandalorian-Jedi team quickly swept through Onderon's Capital City, the Republic never stood a chance. With the Mandalorians brawn, and the Rogue Jedi's skill, the Republic were caught off-guard. The battle only lasted seven days, making it the smallest conflict of the war, yet it claimed the most lives.

[edit] The Battle of Manaan

Manaan was a major contributor to the war effort. It's native species (The Selkath), provided the Republic Soldiers and the Jedi Knights with a seemingly infinite supply of Kolto, a natural healing agent.

Manaan quickly became the prime target of the Rogue Jedi Order, countless efforts were taken to ensure the system would fall into their hands. The Republic Forces predicted this shortly after making a deal with the Selkath, so the Jedi Order built a small Jedi Temple on Ahto City to ensure the safety of the Selkath, and the and the under water Kolto mining facility.

After six years of war, the leader of the Rogue Jedi, Tyl Durron, organised a massive assault on Manaan.

Little did the Republic know, seven months prior to the assault, Tyl had made a deal with the Kuat Drive Yards. This deal enabled the Rogue Order to maintain a constant supply of Delta-7 Aethersprite-class light interceptor (AKA Jedi Starfighters). This supply of ships greatly aided the Rogue Order, enabling them to seize the Jedi Temple and gain access to the Kolto mines.

[edit] Assault on the Kolto Mines

After days of fighting, the Rogue Order managed to gain access to the Kolto Mines. Unfortunately, only one Selkath Submersible was left un damaged from the massive planetary assault. The one submersible left, only had room for three humans. Tyl Durron chose to go alone.

Upon reaching the Kolto Mines after travelling through a series of small shafts and caves, Tyl Durron was met by nothing.

It was a Jedi trap.

As Tyl returned to his ship, he heard a familiar voice in the back of his mind, "Face me, Rogue". Tyl turned around to face Aura Sein, the leader of the Jedi. The two began a colossal duel, ultimately ending with the destruction of Aura.

After the duel, Tyl felt a darkness calling to him, the call of Korriban.

[edit] New Alliegences

After Tyl heard the call, he somehow knew what it meant, despite his lack of Sith Teachings. He found another exit from the Kolto Mines and ventured to the planet surface, alone. He found his ship, guiding his own men away from the area with a basic Jedi mind-trick he fled.

The call grew stronger. It lead the rogue Jedi Knight to a place known as the Valley of the Dark Lords, and to one tomb in particular. The tomb of Ajunta Pall was dark, damp, and littered with rotting corpses, the smell of evil was everywhere. When Tyl reached the sarcophagus of the dead Sith Lord, an apparition appeared to him.

Over a period of ten years, Ajunta Pall shared everything he knew with Tyl Durron. When the training was completed, Tyl left Korriban. Soon enough, the Rogue Jedi found himself on Coruscant. Upon arriving at the heaving Planet-wide City, Tyl found himself drawn into the JedI Temple on Coruscant. It was no longer in-use, and was mainly used as a public library.

It was here that Tyl knew what he had to do. He stayed inside the building for a further year, harnessing his Sith knowledge. He learnt about the mysterious Sith Title of ’Darth’.

Rakata

Within the temple-library, Tyl uncovered a hidden archive within the data-banks. He uncovered the origins of the ‘Darth’ Title.

‘The tales of Revan and Malak and the Star Forge have lead some historians to suggest that "Darth" is actually a corruption of the Rakatan word Daritha, meaning "emperor."‘

Tyl was impressed with the research, and decided it was in his best interest to take up this, mantle of ‘Darth’ as his own.

He also learnt of another Sith tradition, the wielding of a red lightsaber. This, he also took on board.

The once proud Jedi Knight, left the temple-library not as Tyl Durron. But as Darth Kakarot, Sith Lord.

[edit] Sith Empire

After leaving Coruscant, Kakarot journeyed once more to Onderon. There he was greeted as a hero by the Mandalorians. It was only here that he found out the Rogue Jedi had won the war… A war he no longer cared about.

Kakarot took Cassus, the leader of the Mandalorians, into a private chamber, away from un-wanted ears. There he revealed to the Mandalorian his new beliefs. The Mandalorian was un-sure of Kakarot’s intentions. Darth Kakarot told him what had to be done.

Lord Darth Kakarot left Onderon for the Kuat System, where he made yet another deal with the Kuat Drive Yards. The deal was to supply weapons, Capital Ships and soldiers for use in a new campaign.

A further fived years had passed, and Onderon became the most important planet to Kakarot, for he had established himself Emperor of the New Sith Empire, with Cassus at his right-hand side.

The time had come for the Sith to once more unleash their destructive plot to destroy Jedi. And destroy them they did. Kakarot quickly prepared his men for combat, equipping them with weapons with cortosis technology, enabling them to block attacks from a lightsaber.

After almost three days of hyperspace travel, Kakarot, the Mandalorians and the soldiers provided by the Kuat system arrived at the forest planet of Yavin IV.

[edit] The Dark Lord

Fire rained down on the Jedi Temple, then a series of drop-ships landed, unleashing a deadly cargo of highly skilled Jedi-killers.

The ancient Massassi Temple was in ruin, and what Jedi did survive were merely caught off-guard by the viscious onslaugt of Kakarot's men.

While the Jedi were killed, Kakarot remained on his flagship, Star Destroyer Isotaur. Where he remained for most of the conflict, silently chuckling to himself at the death and destruction of his former friends.

He had them slaughtered, and he loved it.

No Jedi survived.

[edit] Call of Power

An ageing Darth Kakarot

Many years passed. The year was 1047 ABY, the Dark Side of the Force had kept Darth Kakarot from heavily ageing, the same could not be said for Cassus, he died as leader of the Mandalorians, old and sick.

Lord Kakarot was still based on Onderon. It's how he liked it.

Kakarot was only just reaching the prime of his life, although he appeared to be ageing ever so slowly, he had the agility of a teenager and harnessed the knowledge of the Galaxy.

Once more he felt the Dark Side calling to him, and once more he left, only this time he went with company.

Kakarot left Onderon with a select few Mandalorians, one in particular, was a man named Fett, the new Mandalore. The call of darkness lead Kakarot to one of the inner-core worlds, Coruscant. Coruscant still maintained a Senate, which is what the Dark Side was leading him too. The Force told Kakarot to seize the Senate. So he did.

All Senators died.

A message was sent out across the holo-net, Darth Kakarot was now the Emperor of the known Galaxy. Kakarot expected a fight from the Galactic Population. He never got one. What he did get, however, was what he wanted in the first place. Power. So did the Mandalorians.

[edit] Era of Mandalore

Once more, the Galaxy was feared by the terrifying Mandalorians. The leader of the Mandalorians, Fett, claimed the title of 'Emperors right hand', thus giving the Mandalorians direct control over the Galaxy.

They loved it, and Kakarot sat back and watched as the Mandalorians wiped out planet after planet in a giant bid for revenge. A 5000 year old revenge against the Galaxy was finally under way.

[edit] "Pass on what you have learned"

A further ten years had passed in Darth Kakarot's life, and age had somehow caught up with his body. He felt old, and often required a cane to walk. He needed an apprentice, to pass on his teachings.

And so for the last time, he left, leaving Fett in direct command over the Galaxy until he returned. Kakarot readied his personal Jedi Starfighter, and left for his homeworld Naboo.

After a short journey through the hyperspace routes, Kakarot landed on Naboo. He felt this would be a good place to start his search for a young man or woman with force potential, to pass on his teachings....
